30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@oneminutebuy.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you discover any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and find the best solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom products, including personalized or special orders.
- Personal care goods, such as beauty products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item following the return process. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Eligible items must remain in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
